The Brief

When we got the call from Burford Solutions we were delighted to help them launch their business to a wider market via online & social.
Their speciality is helping organisations find partners for delivery of customer service and back office processing; including contact centres. Many organisations grow without taking a breath to take a step back to consider how they can move to longer opening hours, add more ways to support customers, access offshore prices safely or create operational resilience over multiple sites.
Burford Solutions provides advice to choose the right partner with the right commercials and on-going support to achieve success.
They needed an accessible brand strategy, a website and support in defining products & services that appeal to potential buyers of business services. The key challenge was blending the energy of the business, the assurance of consultancy and the ultimate serious focus on creating solutions that would deliver quality customer service.

Stage 1

Brand Identity

In this stage we worked closely with Burford Solutions to develop the new company name, and take them on a visual journey through the brand development that concluded with their new company logo. 

Stage 2

Website Development

After creating the new brand, we worked closely with Burford Solutions to develop a website fit for purpose. We helped define the service and products they were able to offer through the website and are proud to have launched this website meaning Burford Solutions business can officially begin.

Stage 3


Stage 3 involved the creation of social media channels and growing the businesses identity through strategically timed posts both designed to sell Burford Solutions services as well as provide general ‘thought-leadership’ pieces. All posts aim to bring users back through these channels to the website, ultimately, resulting in new business for Burford Solutions.
