Lower My Charges is an innovative fin-tech disruptor, a financial advisory authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. As Lower My Charges were a new company we were able to help them build their brand from the ground up, this was split up into 3 stages.
This included creating the company name and designing the logo, drafting the strapline and choosing colours reflective of the company’s vision and values. Stage one required a simple brochure style website with data catch forms.
Stage two was focused on generating brand awareness and education. We communicated Lower My Charges key messages: financial well being, fairness in fees, understanding compound interest and their unique and revolutionary approach to financial advice. This was mainly a social media campaign directing users to specifically designed landing pages where they could register their interest.
Stage three included the new website launch and transition from financial disruptor into a fully operational business. Our communication strategy differentiated depending on the target age groups (25+, 50+, 65+) and key messages were centred around switching advisors, transparent charges, booking a discovery call, using the saving calculator and importance of obtaining financial advice.
Having discussed the scope of work at lengths, we have provided Lower My Charges with a whole suite of marketing activities ultimately building a bespoke website and a range of lead generation activities – including social media, sponsored content, email marketing, and means to convert leads into satisfied clients.
