Steps

Market research

We completed some market research to identify current competitors and evaluate what was missing from the current market. We then identified themes that the brand could use to differentiate themselves and presented them to the client.

Brand development

After research and collaboration, we decided upon a space theme. We then began creating a new logo and brand assets that would be used throughout all designs. Once they were created and approved, we were then able to create invitations, menus etc, using a new brand colour palette and assets. This new theme and look transformed the online and physical presence of the brand.

Social Media Development

Once the brand assets were created, we were then able to create social media templates that would provide some consistency across platforms for various types of posts and communications. We then created a plan for social media content each month, posting on both Facebook and Instagram.

Description

A children's soft play centre, based in Wales, provides a service to their local community, including a soft play venue, a party room, a cafe and hosting many seasonal events for families, including breakfast with Santa and breakfast with Peter Rabbit.

The challenge was to rebrand the play centre and deliver a unique theme.

The soft play centre asked Umbrella Marketing Team to create a new logo, menu, party invites, gift vouchers and themed assets that could then be used throughout their promotional materials and social media.

The goal was to create a new brand identity that would set them apart from competitors.
